At GurnayaHome, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is damaged or defective.
You received the wrong product.
The product is missing parts or items.
The product is significantly different from the product description.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Products should be unused and, where applicable, returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect when received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will generally be processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, GurnayaHome will determine the appropriate return shipping arrangement.

For other eligible return requests, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
