Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product doesn’t meet the described quality or features
📝 Note:
As our products are handcrafted by artisans, minor variations in color, texture, or size are natural and part of their uniqueness. These are not considered defects.

Please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Items you wish to return (if partial return)
- Clear photos/video of the product
- Reason for return
Returns must be approved by our team before the pickup is scheduled.
💵 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved:
Refund will be processed within 7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method (for online payments)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via UPI/bank transfer (you'll be contacted for details)
🔁 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
❌ Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
